    Anavar

    Can someone tell me if there is a certain time of day to take Anavar ?

    I split my doses half at 6 am and half at 6 pm. For some anavar interrupts their sleep, so don't take it too late.

    Thank you? I work out at 5am so I didn't know if it really made a difference if I took it before workout or not. Thanks again.

    I workout at 6 am and I take it before workout with my protein 40 min b4 workout to stimulaye max usage as possible
