Hello I'm a New member on the site. I'm 5'5 , 135 pounds , my diet and work outs are on point. I'm in bikini prep and I'm about 16 weeks out. I need help on how to take anavar and clen. I know clen has to be two weeks on and two weeks off. I been on clen for a week on 25mcg now second week I uped it to 50 mcg. I have anavar too but haven't tooken it yet because I don't know when to take it and if I can take it at the same time as I take clen. I take clen when i wake up. Please help. Thank you.

whats the dose each tab?
have you dont any research into var cycles for women?
yes you can take it with clen.
also consider getting keto from arr so you can use clen without having to stop.

Hey thank you for the respond. It's 10mg anavar, I had taken it before for like 5 days and notice I went up 2 pounds, so my trainer said to stop it due to water retention, but I was researching and it says to let the 10 days go by that happens but it will go away. I done a lot of research on both together I was just confused if I could take them at the same time in the morning.
Oh and is it better if I take keto for arr with the clen?

I prefer 3 weeks not 2 weeks without keto. I run 20 for a 2 days, 40 for a few days, 60, 80 peaking at 100 or 120 for 3 days and then ramp back down to 20. Start var at 5 by splitting pills. Can buy pull splitter as drug store. Stay there once daily for a few days. Water retention is a common side therefore it's hard to tell if var is faked. Your coach should know that water retention will dissipate within a week ending cycle.
Var is often faked with dBol. I got ahold of some crap var and had severe water retention. Changed source and has minor water retention. Very minor. Since I was doing cardio, I just sweat it out.
Yes can take both at same time in am. Do not take Clen in afternoon. It could keep you awake if dosing after noon.

How lean you get is diet dependent. I know you said you have a clean diet but maybe you should head over to the diet section and post up your diet for suggestions. More is not always better in this game, and if this is your first cycle I wouldn't up the dose. I jus began my 3rd cycle of var and I haven't raised my doses much at all, my philosophy is, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Raising the dose too much in this game could give you unwanted sides... Hi I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone had any advice on var and being on the contraceptive pill. I'm aware my periods may stop while on it but should I stop taking contraception all together while on it and use another form of it because the 2 could clash? I've heard it lessens the effects of it quite a bit. Hope this makes sense and if anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thank you
