Hi everyone, I'm Genie.
I'm obviously new so, here goes.
I'm 29, 5'9 and a very unhappy 140lbs. I want to lean out and cut weight.
Pilate's and cardio helps but I can't get what I want. I don't want to see body fat but I don't want to bulk either.
I don't eat anything that screams so I'm really curious about the information out there to get cut without taking in a lot of animal protein.
I've been on sub b12 since December. Tried growth and I'm not sure if there were results.
Still have a second cycle in my fridge.
My body is my job. I'm a dancer and it can never slack.
