    Female crossfit help

    Hey there
    I am new to this whole world so I am looking for some advice or a lot of advice.
    I am a 5'7" 27 year old female aggressively crossfit training 6 days a week
    I follow the paleo diet with a cheat meal around once a week.
    I am 171.9 pounds
    26% body fat Taken on a handheld
    I am looking to drop body fat and gain muscle
    Please help

    if your goal is to gain muscle, start incorporating resistance training (weight). More muscle increases metabolism which will help burn fat.
    Also, if your weight and body composition has been stagnant, you will benefit from lowering calories. Drop 300-500 a day. The weight should start coming off.

    Would add weight resistance training but keep diet the same or only go down 100 cal. After drastically reducing my calories I lost weight quickly but now eat very little and can't loose.

    Post up your avg daily diet in the nutritional forum. Diet could need a few tweaks.

    Thanks you guys! I will work on a post with my diet what I would really like advice on is the steroid side of the house. My research so far is pointing me towards anavar . Thoughts for cycle length and dosage. Also what else would you suggest I take with it?

    Var is a favorite beginner cycle for women.
    10 mg split dose amm
    12 week duration

    You don't want to stack initially until after you know what sides you have running solo.

    Welcome!

    Get that diet posted up when you can. I know you are looking for more of a different kind of help, but I honestly think that you can more than accomplish what your looking for with just some diet changes.

    A. You have a good amount of muscle (lean body mass) for your height.
    B. Your body fat is average for a lady.

    I would strongly recommend getting the body fat down while focusing on maintaining the muscle you have. Then I would reevaluate and still see if you want to go the anabolics route. You might be surprised by how you look. It is a big decision for anyone, even more so for a woman.
