Hello and welcome. Sometimes just need to make a few tweaks to diet and training. Head over to the nutritional subforum. Read stickies at top and post up a new thread with your current stats, goals and typical day of meals and training program for the week. Be sure to identify yourself as a female in title or first post!

Welcome sgranthem, check out & post up your daily macro split including all you eat in a day... In our diet/nutrition section! We also have a thread that you can post every time you eat or drink something. Throughout the day!
