    Post New girl! Intro...

    Hey all. Im KT. Im new to the board. Just wanted to give an intro and get pink access.

    Im 26 years old. 5'1" 119lbs. 16% BF

    Been in sports since 12, but got into lifting around age 17. Fell in love with the weights and the mentality you know...

    Now I'm trying to take things up a level. I've got a pretty good baseline and a good grasp on things. I'd love to gain some knowledge from my fellow ladies or even some guys experienced in working with women and share what knowledge I can as well. Love to hear some opinions from the ladies side!

    Again, thanks everyone. Is there something special I need to do in order to get pink access ladies? In the meantime I'll be reading what's accessible!
