Hi there
Nice to meet you all. Years ago I got into lifting and diet and loved it, it's so much fun getting stronger! My goals now are different, but changing. I was sick a long time and experienced lots of wasting and damaged nerves and connective tissue, among other things.
I began using peptides last week and am leaning towards a cycle of AAS to help with recovery and fatigue from workouts. I've been reading here the past year and am glad to have found such an informed and helpful community.Last edited by elastica; 01-23-2016 at 10:11 AM.

Welcome Elastica(fitting name)<--- I too have lost 85-90% of my connective tissue in my R shoulder... Recovery was a PITA, but well worth the run!
Enjoy your journey!

I appreciate all of the welcomes.
I just spent months in PT working on one shoulder only to have the other one just start going the same way. Hopefully I'll be able to fix it before it gets too bad, I didn't work it nearly as much as the side I was rehabbing. On the plus side I seem to be getting some improvements in other areas that I attribute to the peptides, 4+ weeks into them.
