I am 21 yrs old and been working out for 4years now. I am currently at a stand still right now. I have not seen any more muscle gain :unsure: and would really love to lose bodyfat. Anyone has any suggestions on eating habits and workout routines? :lift: Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. :)
