I'm a newbie!
Hi all!
I've been working out for the past 3 years consistently. I'm currently not on a very restrictive diet but looking to do my first var cycle. I'd love to hear any suggestions!
Female
5'4
145lbs
work out 5 times a week.
taking only BCAA's, a thermo and protein.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts!
