    Female anavar first time

    Hi I I'm new here and sincerely hope I'm posting in the correct place 😕 OK so I just started anavar and I've been told its a cutting agent. I do have body fat I want to lose though my main focus is to gain some muscle and strength. Strength is going up so should I be doing bulking or cutting macros while on anavar? If I do the cutting macros will I still be able to gain muscle? Any input would be appreciated. I'm taking anavar 2x a day 5mg each time.

    ( I'm not into competiting or anything I just want to improve my physique and gain some muscle ) I'm 5ft 5 127pounds body fat unknown a year ago it was 22%

    Who told you it was great for cutting(supplier)?? In men it typically burns fat and adds LBM but we're taking 6-10x what you are(UGL that is) - make sure your anavar is actually anavar.... Now, In females it will make you hold more water(especially in lower extremities.... And you have to figure out if you want to cut of bulk... It sounds like you want your LBM to go ^ and bf% to go down(this is called recomping if your at or around the same weight after your cycle w/added LBM and lower bf% but transformed your body into something special) it's a marathon not a sprint and once you do know which path your going take - bulking or cutting - then either add 200cal if bulking or take away 200cals to start & that'll help give you an idea if your going on the right track and you can tweak this accordingly

    It's doable but you gotta have your nutrition and training dialed in and the results will be much better - just taking this won't give you LBM unless you put the work in w/your diet most of all... And of course training...

    Just curious what's your training routine like and a typical day eating?
