Hello! I am KGMiami3 and am a Female new to the forum. I am a bikini competitor and have done 6 shows to date. I'm in my off season/improvement season right now and am looking to make gains for next May. Eventually I would like to transition to Figure but need to add significant size at this point. 5'8" and 129lbs.
