    New Female

    Hey everyone,

    I'm new to these forums (just found the website today) and can't wait to explore all of the information. I've been heavily into fitness since about 17 (27 now). But I've never used heavy supplementation. The farthest I've gone is Isagenix, Advocare, BCAA's, C4, and random protein powders. I am eager to see the true potential of my body through more selective supplementation. I've been reading about Anavar recently and it sounds like it might be good for me, but I have no clue in regards to obtaining it. So for now I'll just continue researching. :P I've never had a coach either, just me and the internet unfortunately.

    A couple years ago I herniated a disc in my low back while squatting which took me out of the lifting world for awhile. I still experience weakness and pain in that region, but I've found yoga to help immensely. With that said, I'm very interested to hear about ways others have overcome such injuries.

    A bit about me.. I ride motorcycles, work with very large animals, lift heavy, do yoga, hike, and play video games.
