    New here, to watch and learn!

    Hi, I enjoy reading the posts on here so I decided to join. I'm not a body builder but I like to stay fit. Although I work out daily, it's all I can do to stay toned, much less build. I'm mostly interested in ways to fight off the big five oh, lol. I was prescribed Sermorelin for 6 mos and saw a small increase in IGF-1 levels. I am now exploring HGH options. I'm looking forward to finding some kindred spirits on this site. Meanwhile, I will be doing my best to defy gravity.
