    New to Anavar, not to lifting.

    36 years old, 5'8, 137lbs, started lifting around 7 years ago, decided to try anavar , starting slow with 2.5 am and pm.

    If your female its recommended to take 10mg a day
    20mg max.

    I have a SUPER sensitive system and want to take it very slow, and may I say I have never felt better on the small amount I've started with, I've almost tripled my cardio stamina and doubled my reps! My energy throughout the day is phenomenal!

    You are doing right, minimum amount of drugs for maximum reward. Shame most others don't follow the rule.
