Master Figure Competitor
I'm a Master Figure Competitor 50+ & have been competing a few years. I started bodybuilding in college but slacked off & moved onto other sports and focused on raising a family. Now that my kids are older I have gone back to the gym and picked up where I left off years ago. I've been competing the last few years & looking to takes things to the next level.
Hoping to get some feedback from any other senior ladies especially any who use HRT & testosterone .
Started my first cycle of Var on a very low dose (5mg/day) & will bump up to 10mg in another week. I'm sensitive to hormones and already taking testosterone so I am concerned about sides.
I started prep early as I did a long build for a full year. I follow a flexible diet that keeps me compliant & have been with my current coach for over four years.
My goal is to get to Masters Nationals. I qualified before but I will only compete in it when both I & my coach feel I am ready and able to place well.
Look forward to learning more and having the admin allow me access to the female forum.

Welcome aboard. I would love to hear about your test dosage and for how long you have been taking it. My wife took 27mgs ew with great result the only issue was her natural levels for so reason were high afterwards and she had to take something to bring them down. The high levels were giving her acne. Any how, we hope you stick around.
