    50 and killing it !!

Hi everyone, I am 50 years old and been working out for about 7 years, looking to learn as much as I can to help me make an educated choice. I have been on a Plateau for about a year, going in today to have my blood work done and see we’re my hormone levels are at. Looking forward to learning as much as possible.

Nice to meet you. I am new as well, but seen your post. Same age. Suggestion, (if I can make one as a newbie here), might be helpful to post your stats (if you wish), and currently what you do (gym, trainer, supplements, etc?). I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to put that info.

I included it hoping it helps in getting some direction here. Tons of info. on this site to get through. I've been reading for a few weeks before deciding to join.

My supplements Are BCAA, glutamine, fish oil, creatine, whey protein, I am thinking about taking it a step further. Good morning people,
So I am thinking about trying a cycle of anavar , everything I have been reading would point me in that Direction. Thinking of starting with 2.5 in the am and 2,5 in the pm for the first week and see how I feel then upping to 5 in the am and 5 in the pm after week 1 or 2 depending on how I feel. I would appreciate any advice on this. Thank you

This is a good way to approach your first cycle. Var @ 10mg/ed is a good dose for women. Post your results.
