    New Lady

Hello! I am a new female member. I have been an off and on athlete in the past and recently (over the last year) stepped up my game to train my sport seriously. Looking forward to learning everything I can and planning my first var cycle soon.

Hi, I'm new too. I have been lifting and physique building since my mid-40s, which was about 10 years ago. The gainz and healing abilities that used to be so natural for me no longer exist - so, I just started my first cycle of cypionate and var and I'm wanting to learn from other women the ins/outs and best next steps!
