Just saying hello and a mini intro! I’ve been lifting for about 8 years. Have struggled with being overweight most all of my life. Had a few years when I first started lifting that I basically starved myself. Since starting this journey and discovering a underlying thyroid disorder about 6 years ago, I have been spending a lot more time educating myself on nutrition, training, and supplementation. Looking to continue learning anything that can help me on my journey! I will likely be reading a lot more than posting at least for now...but wanted to say hello!
