New Lady Poster here!! :)

Hey Ladies! Just wanted to introduce myself! I am a female aspiring powerlifter, 32 yrs old, and standing at a whoping 5”1’. There are a few topics that I plan on posting about, because I feel that there is a serious lack of female education out there. Bear in mind, I am NOT a doctor, I am NOT a coach, in fact, I hold NO degrees. I am speaking ONLY in regards to my own personal experience in the most non-biased fashion I can manage. I truly only want to express my own experiences in the hope that they reach and help someone else in need, with simialar experiences to mine. If ever, anyone would like to discuss their personal situation with me, I am MORE than welcome to listen and offer what advice I can. Thank you ladies! And I wish ALL of you well on your future endeavors!!!! :)
