New girl joining
Hi everyone,
I am 29 years old and into bikini type, am here to learn and improve myself.
I was quite slim as I grew up and had my first child as I was 27 and put on quite a bit of weight. I decided to learn about fitness, joined a gym and signed up with an online coach, and after about 5 months of solid constant effort (10 months after birth) my obliques were popping, and my abs were starting to form (169cm, 56kg). Then I got pregnant with my second child, I pretty much stopped exercising and dieting, and blew up to around 70kg. Second baby came 4 months ago and now I can't wait to get back into fitness again - no more babies now. I have been doing light exercises 3-4 days a week and some attention to macros and calories, but I wanted to give it a little bit of time after birth before putting heavy strain on my body.
I have a lot of questions on training, dieting, possibly tummy tuck surgery with ab repair, maybe anavar and T3 when the time is right. Looking forward to discussing in the diet and exercise sections.
