    We Are Back.

    HI Everyone!

    We are back ( Me and my man Mkcay7979 after a few years of being away.
    Life got really busy moving, Kids, traveling, working you get it. LoL

    We did continue to stay fit and work out. We are both is some of the best shapes of our lives. We both have done a few cycles while we have been gone. Looking to learn more and help others.
