Trying to understand proper dosage

This is my first cycle and I’ve been getting mixed information so I am hoping for some clarity. I am starting Var and Win at 10mg each. I have this in liquid form.
The Var states it’s 50mg/ml
The Win states it’s 20mg/ml

I am trying to properly convert these into the ml oral doser I have that goes from .10 to 1. I really don’t want to mess this up so any help with the conversions on these two would be appreciated.

Do you have a insluin syringe? Because its easier to get a accurate doseage when using a 1ml slin pin.

But yeah. Op, if you have a insulin dart or, ahhh, even a medicine syringe, itll help read accurately.

You can read those as full, 1mL syringe. And the dose reads, 50mg/mL. So, 1mL on the syringe, is a dose of 50mg.

.5mL = 25mg dose.

Easy, peasy! (Hope that makes sense)
