    Not new, but back after a long absence

    Hello, friends! Hope you have all been well and good in my absence. I was active on here last spring and summer but didn't keep up with social media when things got sketchy in my real life. My mil passed away recently after an 8 month cancer battle. It was the worst! Other stuff too, but I managed to keep up with my workouts 90% and diet 80%, and that was a lifesaver with all the stress we were dealing with.- but no time for social stuff. So I'm just trying to reconnect with supportive friends on here at this point.
