Oh yes! No problem I take Gaia brand. Extra strength. They have a few. But it’s one of the best brands on the market. The inflammation has changed so much in my body and the pain just by taking this.

My wife has been trying to flatten her stomach for over a year now. We have an incline bench and she hits it daily. Any suggestions on what she could supplement her workout with that particularly helps the abs? She isn't into injectables. Thank you and welcome!

I'm currently in Primobolan depot 200mg/week, Anavar 2.5 mg/day (for my UC) and 2iu of HGH 5on/2off. My goals are to lower bf and recomp. I've taken Anavar low dose before to keep my UC in check. It's the only thing that helps.
