Hi,
I'm 34 years old and have always been overweight untill the begining of 2003. My husband and myself started doing alot of weight training and cardio. Now that I have lost over 85 pounds .. I'm getting to the stage where I am going to be muscle building alot more than just loosing the fat. My husband referred me to this board thinking I might could learn alot more than just listening to and observing him :)
I would appreciate access to other Female boards so I can learn more .
