anyone have any idea what the cal, prot, and carbs should be for a woman 105lbs 14-16% bodyfat looking to gain some lean muscle. it is for my wife, and all the info i know is for men.

Women can follow the same diet plan as men do. 5-6 small meals a day optimal, high protein intake, moderate carbs, low fat. 14-16% bf for a woman is really low.
depends what her BMR is for calories--a lot more protein than carbs--no carbs after 5 pm
