My diet so far....
Mornings mostly a joghurt and some juice or a müesli ...
Lunch is always ahuge problem , we dont take lunchbrake and so i either cant or just eat a bar, ( powerbar or something like that )
Dinner , thuna fish, vegies or salad.
Between meals when i get a chance i do drink a shake or something small ( fruits) so i wont starf to death ...
I know its pretty bad eating, but i have no brakes at work and we work from 7am to at least 6 pm mostly no brake ...
Im grateful for any help....
