Hey guys hows it going? Well as you all guesed I'm a newbie to the site and to weight lifting. I'm 5'11" and weigh 195 with about 21% body fat. My main goal is to Gain muscle mass, would love to be around 220 or so. I'm in the process of getting my diet setup, there's so much to take in consideration its a little overwhelming for me. But i plan on sticking with it.
