Another Australian on board
Howdy all,
Newbie here.
Bit of history:
Always been a fat boy, got frustrated during my uni days and did the usual crap of dieting and lots of cardio .. hated myself being skinny even more.
Did a bulk, and then a novice powerlifting meet. at 90kgs, 6'0 tall, best lifts were deadlift 200kg, squat 180kg and bench 120kg.
A few injuries and graduating and getting into a very hectic career meant i turned FAT.
Recently realized how bad things were when I measured in at a brilliant 110kgs and 30% body fat.
Got my ass in gear, sorted my diet and now I am down to 103kg, will re measure my body fat.
Looking to let go of old habbits and build up. Long term goal is to sit around 100kg at 12% body fat.
Considering doing my first cycle. Deciding what body fat to do it at.
