    New Member Checking in!

    Hey people,
    I've been lurking on here for a week or two, finally decided to start getting more serious with my research. Former college football player:

    22 years old
    6'1" , 242lbs.
    4.65 40 yd. dash (at 230 lbs)

    I'm putting up decent numbers, and I hit a flat wall with my bench over the summer. Can't get past 380lbs.

    BF% is a little higher than it should be, but well within normal range.

    Only frustrating thing for me right now is I don't know when I'll be able to really work legs again...I have a pretty longstanding knee injury, and I'd rather not do surgery.

    Well, that's about it. I'll be around!
