New member here.
Hello all,
Brand new to the site and man do I have a lot of questions. I have been reading all of the FAQs and I am now more confused then ever.
I have been using natural products for sometime but at age 37 I have hit that wall where I am not going to get any bigger. Not that I am huge or anything to begin with. At 6' tall and 197 pounds I have a swimmers physique but would like to get much more from my workouts.
Without breaking any forum rules could someone tell me exactly what a cycle is? And what is the best way to break down the information in that post?
I just thought a cycle was use xxx for so long then do not use at all for a time then go back on.
Well anyway I am sure I will have lots more questions as I read along. I thought of buying a book but since information changes all the time I thought this could be wayste of money.

welcome bro, this site has more information then any book out there.
a cycle is where generally a # of compounds(aas) are combined being either a bulk or cutting cycle, which is then followed by PCT,(post cycle therapy )
im sure there are others that can get more detailed, just browse the anabolic steroids question section and you'll get familiar with most of it

Read as much as you can, and when you have a question post it in the forum that it pertains to. You will get better results this way.
Also you will want to post workout and diet, in the appropriate forums.

Here is my diet:
Breakfast
Meat, fish or fowl 1/4 lb
3 eggs
2 slices whole grain toast (like Ezekiel bread, available in many health food stores) with butter or peanut butter
Protein drink
Snack #1
Cottage cheese 1/4 lb
Fruit
Protein drink
Lunch
Tuna, chicken or turkey sandwich (on Ezekiel bread)
Cottage cheese 1/4 lb
Salad
Protein drink
Snack #2
Cheese or peanut butter sandwich (on Ezekiel bread)
Protein drink
Dinner
Chicken, Turkey or beef 8 oz
Baked sweet potato
Cooked or steamed vegetables
Salad
Protein drink
Snack #3
Two eggs (any style)
Fruit
Protein drink
For my workout I have just been doing P90X.
I will have to do more research on the cycles tonight.
Now for my big question...the rules say not to advertise sites but there are all kinds of banners on here. Is this because these are safe sites?
Also would using pills be a safer option over injections? I have no worries using needles at all but noticed some sites tend to advertise pills.

I have been reading the forums for several hours now and I have learned some helpful information. My first being that the site that only sells oral merchandise is apparently all garbage. This has already saved me over $200 so thank you for that.
I am still confused on cycling though. I want mass to start off with so if I am going to use a cycle from the thread Cycles for the Newbie which cycle would be best? Also I was looking at the numbers for each cycle. Are the numbers in weeks or days?
