hey folks.
been reading this forum for a few weeks, and decided to join and soak up as much information as possible.
Got serious about my diet and gym habits about 6 months ago, and I've been able to maintain my weight at 168 (i've always been slim, and genetically blessed to store all fat in the belly...just like my dad) while taking my bodyfat down to 10.
Just looking for ways to out on solid mass and continue to diet my way to gains.
