    Yes...its another new guy

    Hi. My name is john im 27 5'10" 180 to 190(on good days). I started lifting when i was 19 and was able to go from 135 to a fairly solid 170 by the time i hit 21. I started playing with as about 3 years ago when i started hangin out with the big guys at the gym. Im glad i started looking at this forum cuz man did them other guys point me in the wrong direction. I decided to finally join you guys so i could get some more help and maybe someday i might have something worth while to post or an answer to someone else's question

    I'm trying to get my post count up and dont want to piss off any of the moderators by bumping old threads. I guess the whole problem is that alot of the questions ive had have already been posted by other members (great minds think a like). Is it ok to bump the threads i like?
