    New.

    Hey whats up everyone, My name is Rocky and ive been an athlete my whole life. This website is great and was always the first thing that came to mind when i was searching for information and advice, only til now i decided to actually join you guys! I'm 18 years old, about 6'2, 180(15-16% BF) I just bought a ECA stack. I'm looking to get cut and lean but not huge. My goal as of now is 190 pounds and 10-6% bodyfat. Anyone have any advice on a very light steroid cycle, something that will give me what im looking for. any help is greatly appreciated guys.

    I know but it seems hard for me to get lean, I keep my diet extremely clean and do cardio every single day fasted using caffien atm, and it just seems very hard for me to reach my goal of 8% body fat. I eat 6 times a day 2-3hours inbetween, I take Fish oil pills every day, I weight train 3 times a week, Mon, wed, fri. I'm currently waiting for my ECA stack to arrive to see if that makes a difference. Any advice on what else i could do? i have put alot of reaseach into this and i personally feel like i'm doing everything by the book.
