New member, thought I'd say hi. Ive been lifting for about five years. Im thinking about stepping it to that next level. Im just looking for good advise and good info!

My bad bro here are my stats. 23 years old, been lifting for five years (3 seriously). 5'11 , 216 with about 16% bf. My goals to cut down to around 11% bf or under before i run a cycle. Back on the old standard diet. Eight meals a day minus 500 calories from my standard caloric intake. Any advise or knowledge about anything will be appreciated! Im here to learn!
