New guy here really.
Hey guys. Name is victor. I'm 20 years old and kinda new. I've been working at the gym for about 6 months and kinda weak I guess. I'm 5'11 and weighted up to 253 pounds. But I've lost weight doing low carbing and weight lifting and I'm 220 pounds now. Still fat. I've tried reading stuff here, but I'm kinda lost. I want to get strength up. My bench is like 135 - 155 and I'm usually tired out. My friends are all strong. I also take proteins and creatine but not much helps me. Anyway, hope to learn more from this forums.
