Hello everyone...my name is Lloyd.
Some history and facts on me are as follows.
26yrs old
5ft 10"
210pds
I just recently got into weight lifting and being a bit healthier about 10 months ago. I saw myself getting fat and unhealthy if i didn't change. I started watching what i ate alot more and started switching older unhealthy normal foods into decently healthy foods...example would be white bread being switched for whole wheat bread ( that is just one example ).
My goal at the time was to lose weight and get stronger wich i did. Going from 225pds to 190 and benching 140 6x to 225 6x (currently). I was also running hlf hour a day 5 days a wk to lose that weight.
After 7 months or so, i really stopped running cause i was afraid i was burning off muslce and fealt like i was plateuing in gaining streangth on my bench. So as of today i am 210pds and slowly putting up more weight. I was told to get stronger you have to be contempt with gaining weight...and i have...but i feel to lose some belly fat...i'm going to have to go back to running again. Atleast 3x a wk for hlf hour each time.
I am really here to ask a few questions on some steriods, and started searching......and i must HONESTLY say.........I AM SO OVERWHEALMED on what you need to know, it just throws me off. There seams to be SOOOO many variables and DIFFERENT answers to narrow things down. With things like what to stack and not to stack, to not knowing what any of the abreviations mean that you guys are using lol. I would guess it's just a TOTAL NOOBIE thing. But it still thows me off. I try to read on something, then have to figure out something else that is needed for that, then forget what my original objective was. Kinda makes me wanna say screw trying the steroid aspect. But again i would love to get stronger and cutter.
Anyways, i look forward to READING, SEARCHING, asking questions and probly annoying some of you in the process of learning. Please don't bash me to hard for being SPANKING new to this, and bear with some of my stupid newb, questions and mistakes.
