    Old new guy

    Hello from Westcoast Canada,
    I am 56 years young , have been training awhile, the last 5 years more intentionally with good progress (5'8", gone from 175 to 195lbs & slightly more BF)have tried PHs a few times with quite limited success and am carefully considering the next level. I have been lurking and reading and learning for years and this is a big step, just coming on board. I am considering Masters bodybuilding competition and at 56 am trying to figure out, realistically what I may be capable of. I well know my physical limits and try to train within them, having had many past injuries from over doing it. I love the westcoast of Canada and am an accomplished windsurfer, kitesurfer, skiier, snowboarder, surfer.
