    whats up guys and girls. well lets see im new to the site obviously. im 19 yrs old and 5'11" weigh about 175 and work out quite a bit. i feel i look a little flabby still. i want to get up to around 200-205 area but be cut. well thanks for letting me introduce my self and if u have any advice my ears are open.
