Glad to see there is somewhere i can come to get info on all this, really i only need a few things cleared up..

i just purchased a 12 week supply of Deca and testosterone for injection use, i know how to do the jabs and everything but ive heard that deca that comes from Thailand is a No No, and i was told to aim for german and polish product, im not sure how i can tell the difference and im quite concerned,

other thing is when is the best time to use and how often, Before training after training and how frequently should i be injecting.. i train monday, tuesday, wednesday i rest then i train again thursday, friday, weekend rest,

any help would be brilliant, thanks alot

Welcome!Thailand makes lots of good deca . I dont know who told you that. Injection freuqency depends on which test ester you have:

suspension 1-2 times per day
prop once per day
Enanthate twice per week
cyponate twice per week

The deca can be injected with the test at the same time. What about pct?

Post cycle therapy , read up on it and dont even think of starting anything until you know the ins and outs of it.

Welcome Yarko, i really hope you spend alot of time reading on this board before you start your cycle. Not knowing when or how often to inject isnt good, and pct is very very important. Be safe and good luck.
