    new guy tryin this forum stuff out!!

    so im a virgin to the forumn world. and thats for any forumn not just this one. im 21, 511 231 pounds and have been working out for 6 or 7 years now. ive been serious with complete nutrition for 3.5 years. im using this site for basically good reading and to educate myself a little more. im a certified personal trainer, tech for an energy company and on the side play rugby! anyway thats enough about me lol. hope to meet some good people along the way and learn some new things!!!
