    Hey allI'm newbie!!

    First of I would like to say hi and it is great to finally find a place where I can be educated on something I love!
    I'm 23 5'10 185 and my bf% is aout 11! I have been serious in the gym for a little over two years! I want to gain weight well muscle weight that is! I have read over the diet section for bulking and got a lot of great tips! My question are I am able to get test e 250 and 50mg anadrol ! would tat be a good stack if so how much of each for how long?

    Hold off on the anadrol , looks like you have decent base from what you"ve posted. Is this your first cycle?

    I have done one cycle of just test and deca and didn't see a whole lot of gains! I got more strength gains but no really size gains! I have been reading alot on the diet section,and right after christmas I plan to hit bulking diet hard! Just need some help on what juice would be best!
