Hey everyone, im a new member. live in the US
height - 6'4
weight -224 lbs
bench - 265
squat- 405
i have tried d-bol in high school, but got off have way through cycle ( i guess guilt / risk of being caught )
did it for athletics
looking to do research and get back on ( legit this time ) because im frustrated with my gains in the gym. I diet as best i could while going to college and working part-time. i train 1-2 hrs a day, i mix it up, low rep- heavy for a couple weeks with a little more calories per day then i normally take in , then high rep/ low weight for another couple weeks with cardio and emphasis on low carb diet, no matter what i try and eat 1g/per 1lb of protein every 2 days , this i sort of keep track of, whether it be bars, shakes, or meat (mostly tuna,turkey,and chicken) itself (i do drink occasionally, so i cut out beer and try to stick to mixed beverages). I dont keep track of much and i lift alot on emotion, i.e. if feel like hitting the bag today for my cardio i will, i dont have a 100% set routine. I really can't with school and work, but i look at it as my lifestyle, I always think about what im eating and when. I am dedicated to my schoolwork as much as i am to training.

Welcome aboard! You will get a wealth of information here. Take your time and do your research. I use to be on here 6-8 hours a day for a month or more when I first got on here. I had a sit down job at work and i was on "light duty", so I did nothing but read, read, read, and partake in discussion.
