New Guy in Phoenix
Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself and thank you for the knowledge I’ve already gained from all of you. Yes, I’m a newbie that reads lol; I’ve read Drummerboy’s thread on “When you shouldn’t use AAS”, LeanMeOut & Rambo’s Diet Threads, Kal’s “The basics of steriods” thread, and Pheedno’s thread on PCT and so on (Thanks again guys, you’re help has been wonderful). I am 29 years old, 5’10”, 220 lbs, and have 18% BF. I have been training throughout my life; however was married for 5 years and not only lost my gains during that time, but balooned up to 280 lbs!!! Over the past year I have lost 60 of those pounds and have a goal of 190 lbs right now. I just finished up my year contract with a trainer, have cleaned up my diet, and am continuing to work at it.
I am not ready for gear (obviously), nor would it be as benificial to me at this point anyways… but I am learning as much as possible so that I can decide if it’s the best thing for me in 6 months to a year. Anyways, I’ll see you around the forum :_1106:
