Im 27 years old. Ive been lifting steady since 19. Im 5'8'' 185lbs bf around 10% I lift hard 5 days a week and do mma 3-4 times a week. I have a fairly good diet. I could eat more veggies. My goal is to get more cut. Any advise from you guys would be appreciated.
