Hey new here; looking to get educated in this forum. Been lifting for 10 years, natural, 30 yrs old, about 185, 5'10", low bf% (don't know exact percent but my abs are visible so I guess that means it's somewhat low). Lift 5x a week, and do 1 day for cardio to keep my heart in shape -- very strict about diet, etc etc. But I wanna get BIG. So yeah. Hope to learn some stuff here.
