    New guy here

    Whats up all,

    After lurking for a few days I joined the forums today. I come from a power lifting background (mainly in the USMC - 1st MarDiv). After an 8 year layoff of just lifting here and there I decided to get back into it full bore. I am working on bodybuilding now so just like everyone here I am here to learn more. I am no stranger to gear as I have done cycles in the past to support my power lifting efforts. My bodybuilding routine is a modified high-intensity training program (a la Mentzer, Yates, etc.). I have a pretty clean diet right now as I am working on lean muscle mass and lowering body fat.

    Height - 5'9"
    Weight - 220

    The great thing about my re-entry into the iron game is that my wife is joining me in weight training. Her goals are a lot less intense than mine of course but the support from her is awesome.

    Lots of great information on this forum (more information here than in my old Anabolic Reference Guide by Nathan Phillips from the mid 1990's!). I am glad to be here!
