What am I doing wrong?
18 years old
6'3, 190lb, 20% body fat
Training for 1.5 years now, VERY COMMITTED and disciplined.
Experienced very minimal gains. I want the track athlete build.
Have taken Halovar, Creatine, Glutamine, Vitamins, Cyto Gainer, No Shotgun, and many other supplements of that nature as well as a good diet.
My brother-in-law now tells me that I should do the following:
Creatine
Glutamine
Animal Pack
Myoplex
Designer whey
HMB
First Cycle- Testosterone Enanthate with Clomid
Second Cycle - Testosterone Enanthate with Winni-V and Clomid
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are 18, 20%bf, and have already cycled twice???
Please list your daily diet in detail.

Morning- eggs, oatmeal
snack- 35g pure protein shake
lunch- can of tuna and about a cup of wheat pasta
pre gym- about 1.5-2 scoops of cyto gainer
gym
post gym- about 1.5-2 scoops of cyto gainer
dinner- chicken wrap and veggies

diet, weight training, cardio, learn how to properly do each and you should be fine, less shakes and more food (good high protein food) and bad news for ya, at 6'3 your probably gonna have to consume alot more calories and protien to build muscle than most people, your diet plan now might work for someone who was 5'3. your going to have to at least triple your food intake. And since your a newb i might as well tell you now, even if u did take roids with your current diet plan u wouldnt gain any muscle. its like trying to build a house with 5 pieces of wood. YOU NEED MORE WOOD!
