    Howdi..........

    Hi there,

    My name is Steve and I will hit the big 40 this year but I must admit, I still feel 28!!! Anyway, I am 6"1' and weigh 260lb's. My bodyfat is 12% and my target for now is to get to 10%. I am so chuffed stumbling onto this awesome forum. I am a total noob what supplements is concerned but plse bare with me. I know I have a lot of reading to do and alsohave a lot of questions to ask.

    O yes, I am from sunny Cape Town, South Africa.

    I have beem training very hard for the last 3 months after not being in a gym for almost 2 years(was a lazy ass). I am so into the training now that I go twice a day and spend a total of 3 hours in the gym. I do my cardio(60 minutes) in the morning and then weights in the evening. My final goal is to have a well defined six pack.

    Anyway, it's great to be here!!!
