Getting back in
Not a newbie been here for about 15 years but been out the game for a bit. I have lifted regularly and done my cardio religiously. 39 y/o 5'8 180 22%, looking to just get more lean muscle mass. Diet is pretty good due to the fact that I am Type I Diabetic for 25 years excellent condition 6.2 A1C. Past cycles have not affected this and by past I mean 10-12 years. Ultimate goal to be 15% or less by 40 and continue to keep lean muscle. Been going to the gym 5-6 days a week 1 body part a day and cardio 3-4 nights, recently started a boxing workout with friends (heavy bag and stuff like that). This has caused my morning w/o's to suffer becasue I am pretty exhausted from the night before but I DO NOT want to give up lifting and a little gear should help me with recovery. Any thoughts or concerns would be greatly appreciate. J-21
